Reservation & Payment
Reservation will be made by Email or Fax.
Usually, a down payment (deposit) of US$100 has to be made to confirm your reservation with us and the balance can be paid in cash on arrival. However, under certain circumstances, we may need down payment of more than US$100 or even the full payment before your arrival.
We accept credit cards or cash payments through PayPal, Wire Transfer, Western Union and MoneyGram. If using wire transfer, please notify us after the money is sent so that we could follow up with our bank. We will acknowledge receipt once the payment is credited to our account. If it is a Western Union or MoneyGram transfer, please send us a copy of "To Send Form".
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, we will try to offer an alternative arrangement, or refund you depending on the circumstance at the time of cancellation. And cancellations must be made in writing.
In cases of war, terrorist activity, natural disaster, weather, etc, which are beyond our control, we shall not be liable for any compensation or responsible for any expenses or losses caused on the clients.
