Day 01: arrive in Kunming, meet at airport, city tour, and then transfer to 4-star Hotel


Day 02: one day tour of Stone Forest


Day 03: drive to Weishan (6 hours) (overnight in 2-star hotel)


Day 04: visit Old Town of Weishan, and Bird Pass


Day 05: drive to Lincang (6 hours), en route, visit Manwan Hydropower Plant and Tea Culture Garden (overnight in 2-star hotel)


Day 06: drive to Cangyuan (6 hours), en route, visit Cliff Painting (O/N: 3 star hotel)


Day 07: drive to Nangun River Nature Reserve (2 hours), and then move on to Mengding, on the way, visit villages (O/N: 2-star hotel)


Day 08: drive to Zhengkang, en route, visit local ethnic minority villages (O/N: guesthouse)


Day 09: drive to Mangshi (6 hours) (O/N: 3-star hotel)


Day 10: drive to Ruili, on the way, visit Wangding, a small border town next to Burma, Moli Waterfall, and One-Tree Forest, after dinner, visit night market (O/N: 4-star hotel)


Day 11: visit local villages and markets.


Day 12: drive to Yinjiang (O/N: 2-star hotel)


Day 13: drive to Tengchong, visit Heshun Village (O/N: 3-star hotel)


Day 14: visit Hot Springs, Volcano National Park, and Beihai Wetland


Day 15: drive to Dali, en route, visit Reclining Buddha Temple in Baoshan (O/N: 4-star hotel)


Day 16: visit Old Town of Dali, and Three Pagodas, after lunch, take a boat ride on Erhai Lake


Day 17: drive back to Kunming (4 hrs); visit Western Hills
